The third year of the Bay Area Urban Debate League promises to be a year of growth, both institutional and programmatic; we are in the process of conducting a national search for two full-time positions to support our work building the voices and the academic skills of Bay Area youth. The deadline for application for both positions is July 23, 2010: before that date, we invite you to help us spread word to qualified candidates or, should you be interested in working with us, to submit an application yourself. - Executive Director
The Executive Director takes leadership in the overall development of the BAUDL, supported by committed volunteers and interns, an engaged board, and a full-time program director. This is an ideal position for an energetic and experienced individual ready to take on the challenge of building a youth-serving organization early in its life and helping it meet its great potential.To inquire, please download the Executive Director position description.
- Program Director
The Program Director takes leadership in building relationships between the BAUDL and the people it serves, particularly our talented young people, parents, and teacher-coaches. Through outreach, curriculum development, direct youth work and more, the position offers an opportunity to know and serve the young people of the San Francisco Bay Area by guiding the development and implementation of a uniquely transformative program.To inquire, please download the Program Director position description.
